While Wasilla Family Auto LLC has been around since the 1980s, a purchase by Bill Hancock and family back in 2018 meant new management and new upgrades for this staple of Matanuska Susitna Valley. Although the ownership has changed over, you can expect the same great quality you've come to know and love. Bill dreamed of owning a place like this, close to his home, his family, and his church, instead of commuting from Palmer to Anchorage in order to make a living. That's why Bill put's everything he's got into making sure that this facility and its standards of vehicle care are of the highest caliber for our customers. Only two years in and you can see just how much heart goes into everything we do here at Wasilla Family Auto LLC. Updates have been made through leveling out the parking lot to make it smoother, painting the outside of the building, adding fencing to help secure customer vehicles, purchasing and improving equipment, and streamlining workflow- just to name a few.
